Optical Clinic Manager

Position: Optical Clinic Manager )
We’re looking for a motivated Optical Clinic Manager to lead our Maple Ridge location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building a strong team, delivering excellent customer experiences, and growing a successful optical business.
What You’ll Be Responsible For   Leading and mentoring a team of optical professionals to deliver great service
Supporting sales growth across eyewear and optical products
Managing day-to-day clinic operations including scheduling and workflow
Creating a welcoming environment and helping customers find the right eyewear solutions
Building lasting relationships with patients and supporting local community engagement
What You Bring   3+ years of experience in an optical setting
Robust retail sales background with a focus on customer experience
Previous leadership or team support experience is an asset
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work weekdays and weekends (Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm)
Licensed Optician (preferred; support available for certification)
