Foundry Ridge Meadows Counsellor Position

Step into a rewarding role as a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Foundry Ridge Meadows. Work part-time to provide vital counselling services to youth in a trauma-informed setting.

In this role, your focus will be on delivering comprehensive counselling services, including risk assessments and treatment plans within our integrated team. Your five years of applicable experience will support the well-being of young clients facing various challenges. Collaborate with the Clinical Lead and other professionals while employing electronic record systems to enhance care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing counselling services tailored to youth

• Conduct initial screenings and risk assessments

• Collaborate with the care team for effective support

• Utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy and CBT

• Maintain a flexible approach to meet client needs

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience with youth mental health

• Registered with relevant professional association

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification

• Acceptable Driver’s Abstract and Class 5 BC Driver’s License
