This full-time position involves providing vital support in an Assisted Living environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate empathy, patience, and experience in creating a supportive atmosphere. Responsibilities include developing care plans, monitoring daily needs, and facilitating community participation through various programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Recommend and implement individualized care plans
• Record and assess members' needs and progress
• Promote self-reliance through role modeling and training
• Manage food service and nutrition standards
Requirements:
• GED or High School Diploma required
• Mental Health Worker Certificate from recognized college
• Minimum two years relevant experience in supportive roles
• Emergency First Aid and CPR Certification
• Compliance with TB immunization and valid Driver's License
Support and guide residents towards greater independence and well-being in this rewarding role.
