Position: Rehabilitation Assistant with Fraser Health

The successful candidate will collaborate with registered nurses and therapists to execute and monitor individualized treatment plans. This role emphasizes patient engagement, mobility training, and maintaining an organized therapy practice to enhance recovery experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement designated rehabilitative tasks under professional supervision

• Report on patient condition changes to the healthcare team

• Help patients with activities of daily living and mobility

• Conduct tests and prepare therapeutic modalities as required

• Ensure cleanliness and order of therapy devices and supplies

Requirements:

• Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant Program or equivalent training

• Effective communication skills in verbal and written formats

• Ability to handle physical job requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Familiarity with related rehabilitation equipment
