Position: Fraser Health Clinical Resource Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient placements and monitoring healthcare resources at Fraser Health's acute sites. Your expertise will aid in guiding clinical teams and making important operational decisions during critical hours. Engage with community resources and foster interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient placement and access procedures

• Monitor patient flow metrics and trends

• Support staff supervision and operational decisions

• Facilitate effective communication among care providers

• Develop policies for improved patient access

Requirements:

• Current BC Registered Nurse registration

• Minimum of five years' experience in clinical care

• Preferred background in nursing leadership

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
