Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to residents as needed

• Support safe lifts and transfers for all residents

• Guide residents to activities and dining rooms

• Assist with feeding, adhering to food safety standards

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident environments

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Progressing towards Personal Support Worker program

• Experience with seniors in health services preferred

• Strong communication and empathy skills

• Desire to work in a service-oriented setting
