Position: Dedicated Personal Support Assistant Needed

Reporting to the Director of Care, you will help implement care plans specific to individual residents. This role requires hands-on support in daily activities, including guiding residents, assisting with meals, and ensuring hygiene. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for fostering positive relationships with residents and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized personal care and support

• Assist residents with safe lifts and transfers

• Encourage engagement during recreational and dining activities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident environments

• Assist in general duties as directed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Pursuing a Personal Support Worker program is advantageous

• Experience in healthcare or community service preferred

• Strong communication and caring approach

• Understanding of infection control protocols
