In this essential role, you will address mental health and substance use through tailored therapy programs. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or a related field, with two years of relevant experience in psychiatric or crisis intervention settings. This position emphasizes recovery-oriented practices and needs assessments to optimize client outcomes in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver specialized therapy and support for clients in crisis
• Administer thorough assessments and determine care needs
• Collaborate with care providers for integrated client services
• Facilitate community access to mental health resources
• Keep accurate clinical documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Two years’ direct experience in mental health
• Eligible for professional association registration
• Valid Class V driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Excellent assessment and de-escalation skills
