Com Psych is seeking qualified behavioral health clinicians to join its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network. In this role, you will provide short-term, solution-focused counseling, assisting individuals with personal and professional challenges. The position emphasizes face-to-face counseling, with a focus on supporting employees navigating life’s complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person, short-term EAP counseling services

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations

• Support clients with workplace stress and personal issues

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and licensure requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health

• Minimum 3 years post-master’s clinical experience

• Active professional accreditation or registration

• Professional liability insurance coverage

• Recent resume or CV submission
