Elizz, part of SE Health, seeks compassionate Community Health Workers to deliver exceptional care. You will assist clients with daily activities, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, fostering independence and well-being. This part-time role involves following care plans, maintaining relationships, and actively promoting client safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide home support services to clients daily

• Follow care plans and document client progress

• Assist with meal planning and preparation

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Promote safety and independence in client care

Requirements:

• Registered with BC Care Aide Registry (for CHW
2)

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle needed

• Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends
