Key Responsibilities:

• Keep detailed and accurate personnel records

• Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding

• Assist in collecting performance reviews and updates

• Process employment changes, transfers, and terminations

• Provide support for HR inquiries and documentation

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role

• Experience with HRIS systems is preferred

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Must have the legal right to work in Canada
