Position: ICQA Data Analyst with Amazon

As part of the Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services team, you will engage with the ICQA and operations teams to support data-related initiatives. Focusing on inventory control and quality assurance, this role demands a self-motivated individual who can navigate ambiguity and provide valuable insights through automated reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data collection processes and systems

• Ensure data integrity with a 0% error rate

• Create and generate reports in MS Excel

• Analyze defect trends through research and data mining

• Act as backup for Process Assistant duties

Requirements:

• 2+ years of data or business analyst experience

• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel VBA

• Experience with Python and Tableau

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
