This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. SGI Canada seeks a Senior Adjuster specializing in property claims, bringing leadership skills and emotional intelligence to customer interactions. You will leverage your organizational abilities to balance priorities effectively while fostering a supportive environment for junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and commercial claims with expertise

• Provide oversight and mentorship to junior adjusters

• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

• Empathize with clients to understand their needs

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in Business or a relevant field

• Five years of experience in claims handling

• Understanding of commercial property and third-party claims

• Experience in litigation is an asset

• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
