Position: Housekeeping Role in Seniors Housing
Join West Coast Seniors Housing Management as a Housekeeper and help us create a comfortable home for our residents. This position focuses on cleanliness and safety, while fostering a sense of community.

Reporting to the Support Services Manager, you will be tasked with essential cleaning duties to maintain high sanitation standards.

Your role will include not just cleaning, but also collaborating with other staff to ensure a positive environment. Your contribution will greatly enhance our residents’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general and thorough cleaning throughout the building

• Ensure safety in cleaning practices and reporting maintenance needs

• Organize cleaning supplies and manage inventory

• Document and report any unusual behavior from residents

• Participate in educational and training initiatives within the community

Requirements:

• High school Grade 10 or equivalent training

• Valid WHMIS and First Aid Certifications

• Must handle physical tasks, lifting up to 30 lbs

• Strong command of the English language

• Completion of a criminal record check is required
