In this role, the Facilities Specialist is responsible for the upkeep of buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe workplace. Daily tasks involve preventive maintenance, facility repairs, and equipment monitoring. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are critical elements for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee facility repairs and equipment functionality

• Implement preventive maintenance and safety checks

• Use the CMMS platform for effective task management

• Schedule vehicle maintenance and keep track of records

• Conduct diverse maintenance tasks including plumbing and HVAC

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of facilities maintenance experience

• Knowledge of fleet maintenance and small engines

• Strong attention to prioritization and goal attainment

• Computer skills in Microsoft Suite and management platforms

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
