Position: Full-Time Facilities Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and manage equipment inventory

• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance

• Log and track tasks using CMMS software

• Schedule and document vehicle maintenance

• Collaborate with teams to assess maintenance goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in Facilities or related fields

• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Experience under pressure in quick-paced settings

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Jira

• Effective English communication skills
