Fraser Health is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist for its Asset Management Office. You will develop maintenance schedules, improve processes, and maintain accurate asset records within the CMMS. Your expertise in building systems, preventive maintenance, and data management will be crucial in supporting hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CMMS for maintenance activities

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for critical hospital equipment

• Assign and prioritize work orders to maintenance staff

• Conduct audits on maintenance service requests and compliance

• Maintain tools, spare parts, and records essential for operations

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or trades qualification

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance planning

• Proficiency in CMMS systems and building systems

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong analytical capabilities using Excel or similar tools
