You will contribute to both resident satisfaction and safety by managing calls, assisting visitors, and keeping common areas in pristine condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk inquiries with professionalism

• Ensure cleanliness and organization in communal spaces

• Perform laundry tasks and routine cleaning

• Coordinate courier services and handle mail logistics

• Be responsive to emergencies and maintenance alerts

Requirements:

• Strong communication and patience with seniors

• Experience with institutional cleaning methods preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
