In this role, the Maintenance Manager will lead a dedicated team of maintenance associates, ensuring a safe customer-focused work environment. You will handle project management and execute on innovative solutions while collaborating with various departments. The position requires you to foster strong relationships and facilitate safety and training for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise multi-site maintenance teams and operations

• Develop and implement safety programs on-site

• Handle external contractor management and emergencies

• Facilitate technical and safety training for staff

• Participate in weekly maintenance network calls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree necessary

• Ability to work flexible hours, including travel

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical or electrical fields

• Proficiency with CMMS and industrial maintenance

• Lean Manufacturing Principles understanding
