Location: Pitt Meadows
Drive maintenance excellence as a Maintenance Manager with JLL. Supervise teams across multiple sites, ensuring safety and operational efficiency in a customer-centric environment.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading maintenance associates and overseeing safety operations across several sites.
Your role involves developing preventative maintenance programs, mentoring team members, and responding to emergency situations. You will work with diverse teams to meet departmental goals and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor maintenance associates effectively
• Maintain safety programs in collaboration with leadership
• Develop maintenance department business plans
• Conduct performance appraisals and feedback sessions
• Support efficiency improvement initiatives across sites
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Flexible scheduling and travel capability
• 5+ years in related mechanical or electrical roles
• Familiarity with blueprints and electrical schematics
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus
