This role involves cleaning resident apartments and shared spaces, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols. Ideal candidates have experience in institutional cleaning and strong communication skills to maintain a high standard of resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas

• Operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment

• Strip, scrub, and buff flooring surfaces

• Document and report cleaning tasks as per policy

• Participate in in-service training and staff meetings

Requirements:

• Strong written and oral English communication skills

• Previous experience in healthcare or commercial cleaning

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Must obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
