Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead grounds maintenance team operations

• Oversee property maintenance and waste management efforts

• Conduct weekly audits to plan maintenance tasks

• Support onboarding and evaluate team member performance

• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards

Requirements:

• 3 years of landscape/property maintenance experience

• Proficient with light/medium equipment operation

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Valid Class G driver’s license

• Reliable transportation
