Take ownership of a critical supply chain function while building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

Lead packaging supervisors across all shifts with hands‑on coaching and regular night shift presence.

Monitor key metrics, assess capacity needs, and develop strategic staffing plans.

Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Ensure adherence to safety policies, GMP requirements, and regulatory standards.

Manage team performance, budgets, and cross‑functional partnerships.

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of manufacturing management experience.

Proven track record in continuous improvement and Lean tools;
Green Belt preferred.

Strong GMP knowledge and advanced Excel/ERP proficiency.

Exceptional leadership and team coaching abilities.

Strong communication skills and valid BC Driver's License.
