Machine Operator; Tablet Coating

We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for “Production Worker – Tablet Coating Machine Operator” with the following requirements:

• Responsible for the set-up, operation and cleaning of various Coating machines by following the respective SOPs.
• Require knowledge of applicable hazardous materials including safe handling and disposal.
• Troubleshoot and communicate product and machine related problems to the Supervisor.
• Observes machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards and make adjustments as necessary.
• Determines coating material quality by performing visual inspections. Weighs or measures coatings materials before preparing coating solution.
• Prepares coating solution according to formulas, using automated mixing equipment.
• Responsible for inspection of finished products and coordination with QA and QC for sampling and AQL (acceptance quality level) procedures.
• Records the product parameters in given batch manufacturing records at specific frequencies.
• Needs knowledge of product related problems in coating stage, issuance of raw materials, coating processes, material costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing of products.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Require 1 to 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry or similar industry.
• Ability to lift upto 50 lb on regular basis and stand for long hours.
• Demonstrate ability to speak and read English fluently.
• Mechanically inclined for machinery maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range
: CA $20 to $26 Hourly (Machine Operator level, will differ based on skills and experience)

Schedule
:
Monday to Friday (required availability to work in morning or evening shifts based on business requirement)
