Pitt Meadows Plumbing and Mechanical Systems has been a leader in the industry for over 40 years. We specialize in pre‑fabrication, modular systems and installation of large‑scale residential, commercial, institutional, educational, and medical design‑build plumbing and mechanical projects.

Red Seal Metal Fabricator – Shop, Maple Ridge. Reporting to the Fabrication Manager, the role focuses on producing high‑quality finished products and leading the shop.

• Lead by example
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and spool sheets
• Measure, cut, fit, and prepare carbon and stainless‑steel pipe
• Operate heavy and light machinery (drills, welding machines, saws, cutting torches, grinders)
• Use flame and plasma cutting machinery
• Assemble, fit, and weld components
• Operate forklifts and overhead crane
• Mentor, coach, train, and correct apprentices
• Resolve production issues to maintain flow
• Follow shop health and safety policies
• Follow shop and project QA/QC programs
• Use order/fabrication tracking software
• Participate in a lean manufacturing culture
• Keep working area clean and tidy
• Perform other duties as required

• Red Seal in Metal Fabrication
• Experience in a shop environment
• Experience operating CNC plasma tables
• AutoCAD experience is an asset
• Experience designing and fabricating jigs is an asset
• CWB tickets are considered an asset
• Experience with mechanical systems and piping is considered an asset
• Knowledge of the construction industry is considered an asset
• Computer proficiency

$44 per hour plus 5% RRSP contribution, full‑company paid health & dental benefits, LTD, AD&D, and life insurance.
