Position: Packaging Lead Hand Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical tasks in packaging and filling operations

• Set up and organize materials for packaging lines

• Conduct production quality monitoring and reporting

• Maintain adherence to GMP and HACCP standards

• Train and support new team members effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in similar roles

• Excellent mechanical skills with knowledge of pneumatics

• Ability to analyze technical manuals and blueprints

• Strong teamwork and safety-oriented mindset

• Understanding of GMP guidelines is a plus
