Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sandblasting and surface preparation tasks

• Apply spray coatings per project specifications

• Ensure surface readiness through inspection and cleaning

• Mix coatings as needed for various applications

• Work proactively within a team setting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial painting or sandblasting

• Expertise in spray application techniques

• Strong focus on safety and detail

• Willingness to join DC38 union

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
