Position: Skilled Red Seal Fabricator Wanted
Pitt Meadows Plumbing and Mechanical Systems seeks a Skilled Red Seal Fabricator to enhance our Maple Ridge shop's operations. This position offers a blend of craftsmanship and teamwork in metal fabrication and assembly.

As a Red Seal Metal Fabricator, your expertise will drive our project success in residential, commercial, and institutional settings. Your duties will include cutting, fitting, welding, and using advanced machinery while ensuring quality standards are exceeded. Additionally, you will mentor apprentices and foster a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate components by reading and interpreting blueprints

• Operate heavy machinery like plasma cutters and drills

• Train apprentices and share best practices

• Follow stringent quality assurance and safety protocols

• Keep the fabrication area organized and efficient

Requirements:

• Red Seal certification in Metal Fabrication required

• Experience in a workshop setting

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with CNC machines is a plus

• Passion for safety and quality in production
