Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and drills

• Lead the transition to CNC machining processes

• Interpret complex drawings for high-precision manufacturing

• Conduct quality inspections for excellent production standards

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes during production

Requirements:

• Red Seal Journeyperson certification or Apprentice welcome

• Strong manual machining skills; CNC experience is beneficial

• Reliable and stable for long-term employment

• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal
