Conteco Manufacturing seeks a reliable Injection Molding Technician with extensive setup experience. This role involves executing mold adjustments, troubleshooting pressing issues, and ensuring product quality while adhering to safety standards. Your work will be crucial in driving machine efficiency and supporting preventive maintenance efforts across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and change molds safely on injection presses

• Stabilize processes to achieve quality and efficiency targets

• Document and maintain records for processes and mold setups

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment

• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience as a Setup Technician

• Proficient in materials like Nylon and PP

• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Strong decision-making under pressure

• Physically able to handle equipment and lifting
