In this full-time role, you’ll coordinate daily manufacturing activities while mentoring a dedicated team of employees. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules

• Support and mentor Manufacturing employees through feedback

• Enforce safety, GMP, and quality standards consistently

• Identify production challenges and implement improvements

• Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams to enhance operations
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Proficient in troubleshooting processes and equipment

• Basic knowledge of GMP and quality systems preferred

• Familiar with production scheduling and computer applications
