• Perform mold changes on presses up to 500 tons

• Start and stabilize molding processes effectively

• Troubleshoot equipment and molding challenges promptly

• Assist in preventive maintenance tasks for equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years as a Setup Technician in injection molding

• Knowledge of materials like Nylon, ABS, and PC

• Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

• Experience operating material-handling equipment

• Strong detail orientation with a focus on quality
