Candidates will be involved in various tasks, including loading plants onto wagons and preparing for shipments. Adaptability and stamina are essential, as the work is physical and often involves standing for long periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and load plants onto wagons for shipping

• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning bays and dumping plants

• Work on the potting line and lay down trays

• Count carts accurately before shipping

• Follow all safety and hygiene procedures

Requirements:

• Strong command of English is required

• Must be physically fit for repetitive tasks

• Prior greenhouse experience is necessary

• Forklift license is an asset

• Legally entitled to work in Canada
