We are looking for a dedicated Farm Supervisor to organize and oversee farm labor activities. This role includes assigning tasks like planting and harvesting and maintaining farm equipment. You will also be responsible for training new staff and enforcing health and safety guidelines to maintain a productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and direct the work of farm laborers and operators

• Assign duties like planting, cultivating, and berry gathering

• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on farm machinery

• Train and onboard new staff on company policies

Requirements:

• Secondary School completion required

• 6 months to 1 year of farming experience
