Production Environment Operations Assistant

Natural Factors is looking for full-time On Call Casual Operations Assistants to support production demands during busy periods. This temporary role provides a pathway to build your experience at Canada’s leading nutraceutical company.

This position allows candidates to work flexibly in various locations including Burnaby, Coquitlam, and Pitt Meadows, depending on the operational needs. You’ll support multiple departments with tasks such as material handling, product quality checks, and packaging. Applicants must be available for morning and afternoon shifts to fulfill changing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move and load materials between locations

• Inspect and verify incoming materials for accuracy

• Set up and maintain cleanliness of production lines

• Execute quality checks during packaging processes

• Prepare and pack orders for shipment efficiently

Requirements:

• Flexibility for varying shifts and locations

• Experience with material handling equipment like pallet jacks

• Keen eye for detail in quality assurance

• Willingness to learn various production tasks

• Background in production or warehouse settings is beneficial
