Base pay range: CA $41.00/hr - CA $50.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Must be willing to travel to 2 of the following communities for 2-hour shifts:
  Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, and Mission.
• At least 2 days per week of availability totaling 10 hours per week.
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer, including all nursing duties plus personal care.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Provide delegations of tasks or other training to the care team.
• Assess clients’ needs and report back to the Care Designer with recommendations or complex care plans.
• Function within the limits of practice and organizational policies.

• Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation.
• Double COVID vaccination required.
• Current RN licence in BC.
• TB test within 2 years.
• Current First Aid with CPR.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; other languages are an asset.
• Technically savvy with mobile apps and G-Suite.
• Previous home care nursing experience is an asset.
• 2 professional references.
• Wound or palliative care experience is required. VACC dressing experience is preferred.
