Position: Casual LPN Role in Senior Care
Join our dedicated team as a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Retirement Concepts and make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives through compassionate care.

In this role, the LPN is responsible for coordinating individualized care and acting as a role model within the unit. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will assess residents, administer medications, and maintain accurate health records while adhering to established care standards. Your engagement will contribute to a supportive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate personalized care plans for each resident

• Administer prescribed medications according to professional standards

• Monitor patient conditions and document any changes

• Facilitate interdisciplinary care conferences and staff training

• Uphold confidentiality and management standards in care delivery

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program

• Valid BCCNM license with Level 1 First Aid certification

• Previous experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong English literacy and basic technology skills

• Required to clear vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check
