We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with supervisory expertise to coordinate patient care in our dynamic Medicine team. You will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations and enhancing team performance within the hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff effectively

• Coordinate patient flow and discharge planning

• Implement educational programs for staff training

Requirements:

• Active BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse

• Three years of relevant clinical experience, with supervisory duties

• Post-graduate nursing coursework or certification preferred

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
