Fraser Health is looking for a dedicated Casual Registered Nurse with two years of relevant cardiac experience to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional health care. In this role, you will deliver person-centered care and work collaboratively within an interprofessional team. Your focus will be on assessing patients, documenting care, and teaching families about illness management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preadmission screenings for surgical patients

• Assess and document patients' medical histories

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Educate patients on self-management and health strategies

• Collaborate with the healthcare team for comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program

• Current BCCNM registration

• Minimum two years cardiac care experience

• BCLS and ACLS certifications

• Valid BC Driver's License
