Ideal for RNs looking for part-time work, this position involves completing up to four visits weekly, each lasting two hours. You’ll provide essential nursing services like wound care and wellness assessments, helping clients embrace Happier Aging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel for 2-hour shifts across various communities

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Implement personalized care plans as guided by Care Designers

• Conduct client assessments and adjust care recommendations

• Mentor and delegate tasks to the care team

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in BC

• Experience in wound or palliative care

• Proficient with mobile applications and G-suite

• Reliable transportation with Class 5 Drivers Licence

• Current TB test and First Aid with CPR
