Key Responsibilities:

• Make thorough assessments and nursing diagnoses

• Involve families in care plan development

• Update and implement effective care plans

• Coordinate care and prioritize nursing tasks

• Teach patients about health goals and self-care

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized nursing program

• Active registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse

• Willingness to complete post-graduate nursing courses

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support

• Strong communication and organizational skills
