As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Nurse Next Door, you'll enhance the lives of seniors through our innovative approach, known as Happier Aging. You'll be responsible for attending to home care clients with a commitment of up to four visits per week, each lasting two hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits in designated communities

• Implement client care plans as directed

• Maintain thorough documentation of care provided

• Train and support the caregiving team on tasks

• Communicate client needs and care recommendations

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in British Columbia

• Wound care and palliative care experience

• Familiar with technology and mobile applications

• Completed TB test

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
