You will work a few hours each week, focusing on tasks from wellness assessments to advanced nursing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client locations in designated areas

• Maintain detailed and accurate care documentation

• Implement care strategies outlined by the Care Designer

• Assess client conditions and provide insightful feedback

• Train and guide care team members

Requirements:

• Active RN license in British Columbia

• Required experience in wound or palliative care

• Familiarity with G-suite and mobile tools

• Reliable transportation with Class 5 Drivers Licence

• Completion of TB test and CPR certification
