Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans

• Advocate for client rights and provide information

• Monitor and assess clients’ responses to care

• Educate clients and families on managing psychiatric conditions

• Participate in case conferences for coordinated care

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved nursing program

• Active registration with BCCNM as a Psychiatric Nurse

• Minimum two years experience working with mental health clients

• Ability to apply evidence-based practices in care

• Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
