• Mentor new staff and contribute to quality improvement

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in surgical nursing preferred

• Effective communication with patients and teams

• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
