This role requires a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with at least three years of clinical experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity. As a key member of the interprofessional care team, you will coordinate client care activities and guide team members in best practices while ensuring safety and quality. Your leadership will help shape a culture of support and collaboration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interprofessional team in client care coordination

• Supervise staff schedules and performance

• Evaluate and monitor client care standards

• Manage safety programs and quality improvement initiatives

• Facilitate staff development and assessment programs

Requirements:

• Active RN/RPN registration with BCCNM

• Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience

• One year of supervisory experience

• Completion of substance use certificate program

• Current CPR and first aid certificates
