At Nurse Next Door, we provide home care services to seniors, enabling them to live at home while maintaining their independence and quality of life. Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) perform clinical care, assessments, and care plan implementation within the communities listed below.

• Competitive wages: LPN $34–$44 per hour, RN $42–$55 per hour, plus mileage covered per km policy.

• Travel to at least 2 of the listed communities for 2‑hour shifts.
• Execute client care plans as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Provide delegations and training to the care team.
• Assess client needs and recommend adjustments to care plans.
• Operate within the limits of your professional experience, practicing safely and competently.
• Complete records and documentation accurately.

• Home Care Nurses
  :
  Deliver clinical care, delegate tasks, conduct assessments, provide nursing and personal hygiene care, maintain at least 2 days per week (10 hours) availability including weekends and evenings; require 1+ year nursing experience.
• Facilities Role
  :
  Provide shift sick and vacation coverage for facilities, 7‑3, 3‑11, 11‑7 shifts, 7 days per week in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Maple Ridge.

• Availability: at least 2 days per week totaling 10 hours.
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation.
• Current LPN or RN licence in BC.
• TB test within 2 years.
• First Aid with CPR.
• Experience in hospital, home care, or palliative care an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; other languages an asset.
• Technically savvy with mobile apps and G‑suite.
• Previous home care nursing experience an asset.
• 2 professional references.

Casual

Pay: $34.00–$55.00 per hour
