Position: Nurse RPN/RN Casual Role

As a Nurse RPN/RN, you will be responsible for providing leadership and continuity of care in a psychiatric residential facility. You will implement recovery-focused plans while adhering to community care regulations and Fraser Health policies.

Your role also involves conducting nursing assessments and monitoring medication responses among residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care following established standards

• Perform nursing assessments for physical and mental health concerns

• Implement collaborative recovery plans with mental health teams

• Observe and report changes in member symptoms

• Dispense and monitor medication adherence and side effects

Requirements:

• RPN/RN with BHSc (PN)/BSN preferred

• 3-5 years’ experience in a psychiatric care facility

• Independent worker with strong judgement skills

• Current TB clearance and medical certification

• CPR and First Aid certification required
