Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies

• Conduct assessments for physical and psychological health

• Collaborate with the mental health team for care plans

• Monitor and observe medication side effects and responses

• Maintain necessary healthcare records accurately

Requirements:

• RPN/RN with relevant educational qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in psychiatric community care

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• TB clearance and medical certification mandatory

• Must hold CPR and First Aid certification
