Position: RN/RPN Client Care Coordinator at Fraser Health

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse who has three years of recent clinical experience and a year in a supervisory role. Your responsibility will be to guide the interprofessional team, ensuring that client care activities are executed efficiently and effectively. You will also oversee staff performance and contribute to quality assurance and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide leadership to interprofessional staff

• Assess client care and provide constructive feedback

• Coordinate quality improvement programs

• Manage staff schedules and training

• Consult with external professionals to enhance care

Requirements:

• Registered with BCCNM as RN/RPN

• Minimum of three years in clinical settings

• Supervisory experience required

• Completion of substance use course mandatory

• Current CPR level C and first aid certification
